Project Overview

Upgrade and modernization of an existing booster pump system to improve water pressure stability, system reliability, and operational efficiency for a commercial facility.

The Challenge

The booster pump system at PT Hankook Tire in Cikarang required repair and performance restoration to maintain operational reliability. The work needed to be completed on-site during the Eid holiday period to ensure continuous support for customer operations.

Our Solution

PT Tirta Surya Cipta performed comprehensive service, improvement, and recommissioning work on the booster pump system. Scope of work included pump replacement and installation, valve/strainer/gasket/conduit installation, MCCB replacement and panel tightening, PLC & HMI updates, power cable termination, and auto-sequence testing.

The Results

The booster pump system was successfully restored to reliable operation and verified through auto-sequence testing in automatic mode. All pump and panel installations were fully validated against a detailed inspection checklist.
